The First National Company (FNRCO) was established within its headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2001, as a limited liability company, then transformed in 2016 into a closed joint stock company with a capital of SAR 100,000,000 specialized in providing administrative services, human resources solutions and project management  to achieve integration among them. 

FNRCO obtained a license from the Ministry of Labor No. #10 - March 2013, and successfully obtained the 'ISO certificate' accredited to provide specialized solutions in various industries and sectors.
FNRCO is one of the largest and fastest growing companies in providing management and project management solutions, with an integrated team of nearly 10,000 employees working under its umbrella, and a list of more than 150 clients around the world in various fields.

In continuation of the march of success, and in implementation of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at providing the best administrative and operational services, the First National Company (FNRCO) has achieved remarkable growth and expanded the volume of its business and activities in a way that prompted it to establish a group of sister companies and its subsidiaries in all fields to operate all under the umbrella of (FNRCO Group) and succeed in establishing partnerships with international brands in a distinguished manner.

COMPANY ESTABLISHED & SET-UP

FNRCO was established & registered in the Ministry Commerce & Investment with CR No. 1010355026 and Ministry of Labour – License # 1-A. FNRCO Set-up the Organization, Advertise and introduce its Services to local and international market.

2006 2010
MARKET PENETRATION & EXPANSION

FNRCO established its sister companies ,FNRCO FOR SAUDI RECRUITMENT, FNRCO SERVICES COMPANY, FNSC TECHNOLOGY, KSA JOBS TODAY, FIRST NATIONAL FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICE

2011 2015
SAP IMPLEMENTATION & ISO CERTIFICATION

FNRCO Acquire SAP System as its Management Information System (MIS) for HR, Customer Service/Call Center, Recruitment Tracker, Saudi Commission Tracker, Accommodation System Tracer. FNRCO Achieve the ISO certification for: 9001:2015 QMS, 14001:2015 EMS, 45001:2018 OHSMS.

2016 2019
GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP & EXPANSION

FNRCO Expanded globally and partnership with the HAYS Recruitment Worldwide to maximize its services and at the same time it affiliated with FAHSS TUV NORD to provide the up-to-date training, trade test & certification for all its employees to meet the market demands.

GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS & WIN MAJOR PROJECTS

5 Years Manpower Service Agreement with Sadara Petrochemical 3 Years Manpower Service Agreement with International Maritime Industry – IMI Fully registered in Saudi Aramco as an official Vendor Partnership with NCCCO to test & certify cranes operators and heavy equipment operators
